Kiyomizu-yaki is a ceramic ware produced in Kyoto Prefecture. It is representative of Kyoto and originates from the Gojozaka area (along Gojodori east of Yamato-oji), the approach to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, where there were many kilns, including those of Kiyomizu Rokubei and Takahashi Michihachi.
2.You can experience three different types of tasting wine in a special tasting wine glass!

〜Types of sake〜

Yamamoto Honka Shinsei Junmai-Daiginjo Undiluted sake&Unprocessed Sake
Only Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice, is used as the raw material, and the surface layer of the rice is carefully polished over 100 hours, little by little, until each grain has a diameter of only 1mm to 2mm and a milling ratio of 15%. The polishing ratio for Daiginjo is less than 50%. By challenging the limits of what is possible, we are able to achieve a clean flavor with little cloying taste. Brewed with “Shirakikusui,” the famous Fushimi water suitable for sake brewing, it has a fine and mellow texture.
Kinshi Masamune Special Pure-rice sake
Polished to 60% “Gohyakumangoku,” rice suitable for sake brewing, this handmade junmai sake is characterized by its firm drinking comfort, robust taste, and crispness that goes down the throat easily. It is a sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways depending on the season.Winner of the Gold Prize in the Main Category of the Delicious Sake in a Wineglass Awards 2020!

Saito Shuzo Makko Undiluted&Unprocessed Sake
It tastes fruity and juicy, like biting into a whole apple.Enjoy the unique flavor of celebratory rice and the soft, floral aroma and lingering aftertaste typical of Fushimi sake.
